For Faculty and Academic Staff

Academic Lunch and Learn Sessions

All faculty and academic staff are invited to learn, connect, and contribute through a series of lunch-and-learn sessions. These sessions are designed to build excitement, share knowledge, and apply our collective expertise to address challenges at MSU and in society.

Thriving Series

The Thriving Series is a set of workshops for academic specialists, non-tenure track faculty, and tenure track faculty focused on roles, appointment types, and promotion at the university.

Path to Promotion for Academic Specialists

In this three-part series, the Academic Specialist Advisory Committee’s Promotion and Compensation Subcommittee Co-Chair Mahmoud Parvizi shares helpful information advice, and resources for a compelling dossier.
