HERC offers toolkits for hiring and training search committees. This includes a Hiring Toolkit, a Virtual Hiring Toolkit, a Search Committee Training Toolkit, a Disability and Inclusion Toolkit, and a Faculty Search Committee Toolkit. HERC Toolkits require a HERConnect login. Any employee at MSU can request a HERConnect login by visiting the HERC registration portal.
HERC Jobs offers tools and resources for job seekers and employers. Job seekers can search for jobs and access free career resources, including articles and ebooks. Upload a resume, set alerts, and expand your career options on this site. Employers can post jobs on the job board and access tools and a community of practice to reduce bias in recruitment, selection, and retention efforts.
