The Faculty Success Program offered by NCFDD is a comprehensive 10-week intensive designed to empower faculty members with the skills and strategies needed to enhance their productivity, balance their workload, and achieve academic excellence. Participants benefit from expert-led training, peer support, and personalized academic coaching, gaining valuable insights for their academic journey.
The Faculty Success Program was traditionally open only to tenure-system faculty; however, NCFDD recently expanded this opportunity to include faculty not on the tenure track who are in long-term contracts or permanent positions and have research and publication requirements built into their roles.

This program designed to guide Faculty Success Program alumni through charting their unique path after attaining tenure. The program focuses on mid-career transitions and how to maintain momentum and significance in academia post-tenure.
This program provides faculty with tools designed to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement. Faculty members will have access to a wealth of resources, such as designing an inclusive syllabus, creating engaging lectures, shaping effective assessments, and managing classroom dynamics.
This immersive 12-week program is designed to support newly appointed department chairs, equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate the challenges of the job. Participants will engage in peer learning, have access to expert mentorship, and take part in practical exercises throughout the program.
