A seasoned HR professional, Teresia Hagelberger began at MSU in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences in 2010 and  served as the human resources director for the college from 2015-2024. Prior to joining MSU, she worked for the Michigan Senate in their human resources office for almost 10 years. 

Teresia brings a hands-on, in-depth, unit-focused perspective regarding faculty and academic staff affairs at MSU to the FASA team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from MSU’s Eli Broad College of Business and is working on her master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at MSU.
