Maranda Holtsclaw is the Director for the Michigan Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) which is hosted by Michigan State University. Her role with the university expands to Faculty and Academic Staff Affairs and connects to colleges requesting assistance with reaching a diverse pipeline of candidates or support with dual-career hires. Maranda is a Certified Career Services Provider from the National Career Development Associate (NCDA) and a Global Career Development Facilitator. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Global and Area Studies and a master's degree in Public Health from Michigan State University.
Maranda was born and raised in Michigan's Greater Lansing Area where she lives with her husband, two young children and their zany dog, Ruthie. She enjoys being with her family above all else and they love to be outside exploring together.
